Applicants MUST have Australian permanent resident status or in the process applying for a PR visa; should have or eligible to apply for a “Working with Children Card”; speak Mandarin and English fluently, Cantonese speaking also preferred; commit to finish a whole school year 4 terms and 36 weeks duration; Kew campus on Saturdays from 8:15am to 12:45pm OR Templestowe campus on Sundays from 9:15am to 1pm; Duties : To manage all school administration workload with a minimum heavy lifting; including school assets, stationery and text book annual stocktake. Skills : strong communication skills in different languages; Information and Communication Technology ICT including Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Facebook and WeChat. Preference : Owning a car and with a current valid Victoria Driving Licence.
